Blackberry Fruit Wine

A sweet but astringent wine, reflecting the mixture of sugars and tannins in the berries. Rich red-black colour. 
A good accompaniment to fattier meats such as duck and pork.

375mL - 13.0% Alc/Vol (3.8 Standard Drinks)

Fruity fine wine, with pleasant acids typical of the fruit noted for
its anti-oxidant qualities. Good bouquet and flavour with lingering finish.

Combine with a variety of cold meats including ham, silverside, poultry and smoked meats also on offer with a variety of good cheeses – the choice is yours!
